Jamón Serrano - A dry-cured Spanish ham with a delicate, savory flavor and a tender texture, made from white pigs raised in the mountains of Spain
Chorizo - A classic Spanish cured sausage made with smoked paprika and garlic, offering a bold, smoky flavor and a slightly spicy kick.
Coppa - A dry-cured pork shoulder cut with a rich marbling and a savory, slightly nutty flavor, popular in Mediterranean cuisine.
Fuet - A thin, dry-cured pork sausage from Catalonia with a mild flavor, seasoned with garlic and black pepper.
Jamón Ibérico - A premium Spanish ham made from acorn-fed Iberian pigs, prized for its buttery texture and complex, nutty flavor.
