MENU

Celebrate the holidays with a festive four-course menu that highlights the rich culinary traditions of Colombia. Each dish has been thoughtfully crafted to reflect the cherished heritage of Chef Jaime Guzmán and Owner Juan Calle, bringing the warmth and flavors of a Colombian holiday to your table.

First Course: Buñuelos & Pandebono Basket
A classic Colombian holiday treat—crispy on the outside, soft and airy on the inside—paired with Pandebono, a beloved Colombian cheese bread whose rich, cheesy flavor offers a comforting nod to home. A perfect start to the evening.

Second Course: Ajiaco Soup
The star dish of the evening, Ajiaco is one of Colombia’s most iconic dishes. This hearty and flavorful soup, originating from the capital city, Bogotá, is made with three types of potatoes, tender chicken, corn on the cob, and guascas—an aromatic Colombian herb. Chef Jaime shares, “This dish has been a staple in Colombian homes for generations, and we are excited to bring its magic to our guests.”

Third Course: Sobrebarriga
Tender and flavorful, this traditional Colombian braised beef dish is served with vibrant accompaniments that pay homage to family recipes.

Fourth Course: Natilla
A creamy, custard-like dessert spiced with cinnamon and clove, perfect for a sweet holiday finale.

Each course is expertly paired with holiday-inspired cocktails crafted by Buena Vida’s Bar Manager, ensuring a delightful culinary journey through Colombia.
